Last year we were unable to hold our annual picnic due to storms and local flooding. We are really hoping to avoid that this year, so we are once again planning for a great time at Bill Keller Park on Saturday, October 18th. Please be on the lookout for the RSVP and make plans to attend. It is sure to be a lot of fun and a great way to meet your neighbors and enjoy some good food!
One week later we will be holding our Annual Members’ Meeting on October 25th at 10 Columba Road. This is a meeting that you shouldn’t miss. Let your voice be heard or just come in and see how an HOA works. Meet your current directors and vote for the directors and officers for 2026.
It is very important to get involved! It’s not just about making rules and dues collection. Without an HOA, we all risk losing the beauty of our community and lowering the values of our homes.
