Woodbound Lakes is a picturesque, deed-restricted community nestled in DeBary, Florida. Our homeowners’ association (HOA) helps maintain the overall quality and appearance of a neighborhood by enforcing community standards and organizing regular upkeep of shared spaces. This can boost property values, foster a sense of pride among residents, and create a more pleasant living environment. By attending HOA meetings, volunteering, or running for a director’s position, residents can have a direct say in decisions that shape their community.

Monthly Meetings

The HOA Board of Directors Meetings are now held the first Tuesday of the month at 7:00 PM.

Meetings are held at the DeBary Volunteer Firemen’s Association, 10 Columba Road. We welcome all Woodbound Lakes homeowners to join us.
