Woodbound Lakes is friendly community. Bass Lake and a few tributary ponds are nestled in the community as well as plenty of wildlife. A quarterly Newsletter is published to provide the community information about Woodbound Lakes.

The Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions of the Woodbound Lakes Subdivision, require written approval of the ARB, before proceeding with installations or improvements. MONTHLY MEETINGS
The Board of Director Meetings are held every third Tuesday of the month at 7:00 PM. The 2024 meetings are as follows:
February 20th, March 19th,
April 16th, May 21st,
June 18, July 16th,
August 20th, September 17th, October 15th, November 19th,
and December 17th.
They are held at the DeBary Volunteer Fireman's Association, 10 Colomba Road.
We look forward to seeing you, Woodbound Lakes Homeowners, at the meetings.
